NTPC Farakka sponsored six-month Multi Skill Training Programme
NTPC Farakka under its CSR initiative has sponsored a six-month Multi Skill Training Programme (MSTP) in collaboration with CIPET, Bhubaneswar. The programme is designed to equip youth with industry-relevant skills, enhancing their employability and opening up new career opportunities.
The inaugural ceremony took place on 26th July 2025 at CIPET Bhubaneswar. The event was graced by Shri Debabrata Kar, Head of Project (Farakka); Smt. Soumya Kar, President of Udita Ladies Club, along with other NTPC officials.

A total of 30 candidates from nearby regions of West Bengal and Jharkhand have enrolled in the programme. During the event, the Head of Project congratulated the participants and extended his best wishes for their training journey. The session concluded with an interactive exchange between the trainees and the visiting officials.
