Shri Harvinder Kalyan, Hon’ble Speaker, Legislative Assembly, Haryana, and Smt Renu Bala Gupta, Mayor, Municipal Corporation, Karnal, Shri Kulbir Malik, Secretary, Red Cross Society, Karnal, and PFC officials attended the event.
