Mumbai: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd, a Government of India Enterprise, Mini-Ratna-I Public Sector Enterprise (PSE) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOPNG) is going to announce its financial results on 5th March, 2026.

This is a central PSU involved in diverse businesses like packaging, lubricants, logistics, and travel, operating as an arm of the Indian government. 

In an exchange filing, it is hereby informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 5th March, 2026 to, inter-alia, consider the payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26.

According to the September-end quarterly financials in FY25-26, the company has reported a 3.315% growth in net income standing at Rs 66.58 crore with revenue rising by 4.22% and standing at Rs 656.99 crore.

The company has been showing a good profit ratio of 20% to 25% in each going financial year and the capital efficiency has also been getting good benchmarks in the recent years.

Further, the company is also having good dividend history of 25 dividends since September 2001. In the last one year, the company has declared an equity dividend amounting to Rs 8.50 per share with recent dividend yield at 4.70%
