Bharat Dynamics Q4: Net Profit declines 5.5%, final dividend of Rs 0.65/-share

Hyderabad, 27 May 2025: Defence PSU Bharat Dynamics Ltd has announced the quarterly results of March-end of FY25. The Revenue from operation is standing at Rs 1,80,054.57 lakhs in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 84,856.85 lakhs in the corresponding period of last fiscal year.

Profit After Tax is at Rs 27,277.19 lakhs, down by 5.5% from Q4FY24. Meanwhile, total expenses based on a standalone basis are standing at Rs 1,49,837 lakhs.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company have recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.65 per share (face value of Rs 5/- each) for the year ended 31.03.2025. This dividend, upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

An interim dividend of Rs 4.00 per equity share of Rs 5/- each for the year 2024-25 was paid in the month of February 2025.

Shares of Bharat Dynamics ended at Rs 1959.90, up by 2.64% at BSE.
