Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, March 17, 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Senior Safety Officer (E-III Grade) on a 5-year fixed tenure at its Kotdwar Unit.

BEL, a leading professional electronics company with over 350 products in areas including military radars, naval systems, electro-optics, weapon & fire control communication, and unmanned systems, seeks qualified candidates with B.E./B.Tech in Engineering with Safety Diploma/Degree or M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety. Candidates with relevant industrial experience will be preferred.

Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000 plus allowances (DA, HRA, medical reimbursement, PF, Gratuity, PRP, etc.)
Experience Required:
- B.E./B.Tech + Safety Diploma/Degree: Minimum 4 years relevant post-qualification industrial/site experience.
- M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Safety: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
