New Delhi: Maharatna Coal PSU, Coal India Ltd has announced the Notice of AGM, Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th August 2025 at 11.00 AM, IST through Video Conferencing or Other audio-video Means.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of Coal India Limited at their meeting held on 7th May 2025 inter-alia, has recommended the payment of Final Dividend @ 5.15/-per equity share having a face value of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 51st AGM of Coal India Limited.

Therefore, the dividend, as declared by the Board will be paid to shareholders holding equity shares of the Company, either in electronic or in physical form as on Thursday, 21st Aug 2025, i.e, Record Date.
The dividend, if approved at the AGM will be paid within 30 days of the approval in the AGM. The Company has fixed Thursday, 21st August’25 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.

Shares of Coal India Ltd are closed at Rs 376.10. higher by 0.97% at BSE.
