New Delhi, 21 August 2025: State-owned Engineers India Ltd.’s shares have gained in the recent trading session by 0.47% as the company has declared the Record Date for the final dividend payment for the financial year 2024-25.
According to the exchange filing, EIL has fixed Friday, 29th August, 2025, as the “Record Date” for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive a final dividend of Rs 2/- per share (on a face value of Rs 5/each) for the FY 2024-25, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

This final dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear:
1-as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the Depository as on the close of business hours on Friday, 29th August, 2025, in respect of shares held in electronic form; and
2-as members in the Register of Members on Friday, 29th August, 2025, in respect of physical shares.
Currently, the shares are trading higher by 0.47% at Rs 195.24. The stock has been corrected by over 15.28% in the last six months.
