Mumbai, February 5, 2026: State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the cancellation of its scheduled interactions with institutional investors and analysts, which were planned for February 9, 2026.
The cancellation, communicated via a regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, was attributed to official exigencies. SBI had earlier informed the market about these interactions in a notice dated February 2, 2026.
The bank confirmed that new dates for investor and analyst meetings, if rescheduled, will be communicated in due course.
SBI, India’s largest public sector bank, routinely engages with investors and analysts to maintain transparency and strengthen stakeholder communication.
