HAL Q2: Net Profit rises by 9.9%, revenue stood at Rs 59 trillion
New Delhi: State-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) has announced the quarterly results for the second quarter of September-end. The revenue from operations for the quarter is standing at Rs 66 trillion as against Rs 59 trillion in the corresponding period of the previous year.
While the total income for the quarter is Rs 75 trillion and is higher than the previous year’s quarter total income of Rs 65.18 trillion. Meanwhile, the total expenses stood at Rs 52.9 trillion.
The net profit of the second quarter is at Rs 16.6 trillion as against Rs 15.1 trillion of the corresponding period of the previous year, up by 9.9%. The EBITDA and EBITDA margin of the company is standing at Rs 15.5 trillion, declining by 5% and 23.5%, respectively, for the second quarter.
However, the shares of HAL are closed at Rs 4,732.70, down by 2.67% at BSE.
