ONGC Awards ₹410.74 Crore Contract for MSV Samudra Sevak O&M Services to SEAMEC Consortium

Mumbai, March 13, 2026: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has awarded a contract for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services of its Multi Support Vessel (MSV) “Samudra Sevak” to a consortium led by SEAMEC Limited and Supreme Hydro Pvt Ltd.

According to a regulatory disclosure filed with stock exchanges, ONGC issued the Notification of Award (NOA) on March 13, 2026, under e-tender No. ZW5CC26001 for the hiring of O&M services for the offshore vessel for the period 2026–2028.

The total contract value is approximately ₹410.74 crore (inclusive of GST). The project tenure will be 738 days, and operations are expected to commence within 60 days from the date of the NOA.

The MSV Samudra Sevak, owned by ONGC, plays an important role in supporting offshore exploration and production operations, including logistics, maintenance, and operational assistance in offshore fields.

SEAMEC informed the stock exchanges that the contract falls under the normal course of business and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company also confirmed that no promoter or promoter group entities have any interest in ONGC, and the contract does not qualify as a related party transaction.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the latest disclosure guidelines issued by SEBI.

Industry observers note that such offshore service contracts strengthen operational support for ONGC’s offshore activities while providing long-term business visibility for marine service providers.
