MOIL Ltd Q4 Results: Net Profit up by 27% YoY, recommends final dividend
MOIL board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.61 per equity share of face value Rs 10 for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.

The largest manganese ore producer in India, Miniratna Firm, MOIL Ltd, released its March quarter financial results after market hours on April 30. The company reported a 27% year-over-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 115.7 crore, up from Rs 91.1 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
Operating revenue for the quarter was Rs 433.4 crore, up 4.2% from Rs 415.9 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA increased 8.7% year over year to Rs 139.4 crore, while operational performance stayed steady. Due to better cost control and firm pricing, the EBITDA margin increased from 30.9% to 32.2% over the same period last year.
