Indian Bank’s Zonal Offices Win Top Honours at Regional Official Language Awards 2024–25
New Delhi, Feb 22, 2026: In a proud achievement, Indian Bank has been honoured at the Regional Official Language Awards 2024–25 for outstanding implementation of the Official Language Policy.
The awards, presented by the Ministry of Home Affairs, recognised three of the bank’s Zonal Offices for their exemplary efforts in promoting and effectively implementing the Official Language Policy.

The awards were received by Executive Director Smt Mini T. M. from Hon’ble Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
The ceremony was attended by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura Manik Saha, former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Shri Vineet Bajpai (Field General Manager, Guwahati), along with distinguished Members of Parliament and scholars.
This recognition highlights Indian Bank’s continued commitment to promoting linguistic inclusivity and strengthening the effective use of Hindi in official work across its regional network.
