NBCC, HSCL Pay Rs 77 Cr Dividend to Govt
NBCC (India) Ltd. and its subsidiary, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), both Miniratna CPSEs under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) paid dividend of Rs 77 crore (Rs 70 crore appx. by NBCC and Rs 7 crore appx. by HSCL) to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2023-24 on October 30, 2024.

The companies have further strengthened their commitment to the nation's development by paying a significant dividend to the Government of India (GoI). This substantial contribution underscores the companies' robust financial performance and their dedication to maximizing shareholder value.
