PFC Board declares fourth interim dividend, plans to borrow Rs 1.40 lakh crore in FY26
The board of Power Finance Corporation Ltd has approved its fourth interim dividend of Rs 3.5 per share, based on a face value of Rs 10 each, for the financial year 2024-25. This announcement was made ahead of the market closing on Tuesday, March 12.
The record date for the dividend payout has been set for March 19, 2025, and the payments will be made to shareholders by April 11, 2025. Additionally, the company plans to borrow up to Rs 1,40,000 crore in the financial year 2025-26, excluding funds raised through extra-budgetary resources.
Shares of Power Finance Corporation will trade ex-dividend on the record date or the day before. Currently, PFC shares are trading nearly 2% lower at Rs 393.55 and have declined 12% so far in 2025. The stock has dropped 32% from its recent high of Rs 580.
