New Delhi, March 11, 2026: Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC), a leading Government of India-owned power sector financier, has informed stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The meeting will consider important financial proposals, including:

  1. Raising funds through the Market Borrowing program for FY 2026-2027 via bonds, term loans, and Commercial Papers in domestic and international markets.

  2. Declaration of the 4th interim dividend for FY 2025-26, if approved by the Board.
