New Delhi: Shri Anil Kumar Jain, a 1986 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre has taken over as Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India. Shri. Jain was the Special Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change prior to his appointment as Secretary,Coal.
