Mumbai, August 26, 2026: HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited has allotted 1,14,000 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of stock options under its various Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOPs).
The allotment was approved by the company’s Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee on August 26, 2026.
