Pay Scale & Remuneration

Direct Recruitment: ₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (IDA)

Deputation: Parent pay + deputation allowance

Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE): ₹2,00,800/- per month (consolidated)
Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.05.2026)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with minimum 60% marks (full-time).

Experience: IRSE / Ex-IRSE officers with 18 years of Gazetted/Executive level service in Civil Engineering (Construction & Maintenance) in Indian Railways / Govt. Organizations / PSUs / Metros.

Pay Scale Requirement:

CDA: Level 14 (₹1,44,200 – 2,18,200) – 7th CPC or higher

IDA: ₹1,20,000 – 2,80,000 or higher

Deputation: Max. 55 years

PRCE: 55 – 62 years

Preferred: Hands-on experience in computerized environment and knowledge of relevant software applications.
