CMPDI signed MoA for CSR initiative “Aarogya Poshan” to support TB Patients in Ranchi, Jharkhand

State-owned Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI) under the Ministry of Coal has signed a MoA (Memorandum of Agreement) with R.K. HIV AIDS Research & Care Centre, Mumbai, to implement its CSR initiative “Aarogya Poshan.” which aims at providing nutritional support to about 1,550 tuberculosis patients in CMPDI command areas of Ranchi district for a period of six months to strengthen immunity, improve treatment outcomes, and enable faster recovery among TB patients.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Shishir Dutta, GM(HRD/CSR), CMPDI, and Ms Yogita Borkar Muralidharan, Project Head, R.K. HIV AIDS Research & Care Centre.

Through this initiative, CMPDI reinforces its commitment to community health, gender equity, and sustainable development, and supports the well-being of communities in its operational areas.
