New Delhi, April 1, 2026: Hero MotoCorp Limited, the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has reported a strong performance for the fourth quarter of FY 2026, with dispatches rising 24% in March 2026. The company closed the fiscal year with 6.468 million dispatches, reflecting a 10% volume growth over FY 2025.
Key Highlights:
- Q4 2026 Dispatches: March dispatches stood at 598,198 units, up from 549,604 units in March 2025. Domestic dispatches reached 552,505 units, while exports accounted for 45,693 units, marking a 16% year-on-year growth internationally.
- Segment Growth: The 100-125cc motorcycle segment drove demand, while the scooter segment recorded double-digit growth, supported by models like the Glamour and Xtreme motorcycles.
- VIDA Business: Hero MotoCorp’s emerging mobility brand VIDA recorded its highest monthly VAHAN registrations at 21,434 units, a ~70% month-on-month growth, and full-year dispatch growth of 154% in FY26. VIDA also launched the VX2 Plus – KKR Limited Edition, featuring a custom knight-inspired helmet.
- Global Performance: The company’s global business posted record dispatches, with FY26 exports increasing by ~40%, driven by strong demand for premium motorcycles and scooters in international markets.
