New Delhi: India Tourism Development Corporation Limited (ITDC) has announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.95 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The recommendation was approved during the company’s Board meeting held on May 21, 2026, and disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

The filing was submitted to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

 

Dividend Payout to Exceed ₹25.30 Crore

According to the company’s disclosure, the proposed dividend aggregates to approximately ₹25.30 crore.

The recommended payout reflects ITDC’s financial performance during FY2025-26 and remains subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If approved, eligible shareholders holding equity shares on the record date will receive the dividend as per applicable timelines.
