The awards were presented by Nagaraju M and S Raman during a felicitation ceremony held to honour outstanding performance in the implementation of the Atal Pension Yojana.
The awards on behalf of Canara Bank were received by Bhavendra Kumar and Shambhu Lal.
The recognition highlights Canara Bank’s efforts in promoting pension coverage, expanding financial inclusion initiatives, and encouraging participation in social security schemes across the country.
The Atal Pension Yojana, administered under the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), is aimed at providing income security to citizens in the unorganized sector through a guaranteed pension framework.
