GAIL Global USA and Kinder Morgan Operating LLC signed MOU

GAIL Global USA Inc (GGUI) and Kinder Morgan Operating LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) recently. This non-binding agreement sets the stage for both parties to explore mutually advantageous opportunities within the realms of energy infrastructure and the transition to clean energy.
 
 

The signing ceremony took place at Kinder Morgan Corporate Headquarters in Houston, where Shri R K Jain, Chairman, GGUI & Director (Finance), GAIL, alongside top management from Kinder Morgan, were present. 

The President GGUI signed the MOU, with the attendance of Shri S Bairagi and Shri Sumit Kishore, respective Directors of GGUI, along with members of their team, witnessing the occasion.
