Indore. HUDCO has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) to provide up to Rs 1 lakh crore in financial support over five years for housing and infrastructure development across Madhya Pradesh.
The signing ceremony happened in Indore on July 11, 2025, and was attended by notable figures including Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, HUDCO CMD Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, and other senior officials.

As part of the MoU, HUDCO will not only provide funding support but also offer consultancy services and run capacity-building programs to help implement the projects effectively.
