NRSC, ISRO signs an MoU with Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs

New Delhi, August 23, 2022: An MoU is signed between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and NRSC, ISRO today for implementation of the Aquifer Sustainability Management System (ASMS).
The project ASMS is conceptualized under AMRUT 2.0, the flagship programme of the MoHUA and aims at providing safe and sustainable drinking water to every household through the assessment for sustainability and rejuvenation of aquifer system using geospatial tools and technologies.
