Cochin Shipyard launches 'Saksham Niveshak' 100-Day Special Outreach Campaign

New Delhi, August 14, 2025: State-run Cochin Shipyard Limited has launched a 100-day special outreach initiative titled “Saksham Niveshak”, from July 28, 2025, to November 06, 2025.

This campaign aims to help shareholders in updating KYC details including Bank account mandates, Nominee Registration and Contact information (email, mobile number, address) and to claim their unpaid/ unclaimed dividends to prevent transfer of dividends and shares to IEPF.

This is an initiative under the guidance of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

This campaign aims to help shareholders:

• Update KYC details including Bank account mandates, Nominee Registration and Contact information (email, mobile number, address); and

• Claim unpaid/ unclaimed dividends to prevent transfer of dividends and shares to IEPF.

The list of shareholders whose shares/ dividend are due for transfer to IEPF are available in the Company’s website at the link https://cochinshipyard.in/investor/investor_titles/58

Shareholders can also register and track their requests through the SWAYAM portal.

Further, Shareholders with incomplete KYC records are advised to approach their Depository Participant (DP) and follow the prescribed procedure to update their KYC records.
