Koraput, Odisha: A field inspection was conducted at the Panchpatmali Bauxite Mines of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) in the Mines and Refinery (M&R) Complex at Koraput, Odisha, by Shri M. R. Prasad, Scientist from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), Bhubaneswar.

The inspection focused on reviewing key operational areas and environmental management practices at the mining site. During the visit, various aspects of mining operations were assessed to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
