Mumbai, March 15, 2026: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced a change in its board composition following the completion of tenure of Independent Director K S Narendiran.

In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on March 15, 2026, the company informed that Shri K S Narendiran (DIN: 10070865) has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from March 15, 2026, after completing his tenure on March 14, 2026.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which requires listed companies to disclose significant changes in their board composition.

The communication was addressed to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), where the company’s shares are listed under Scrip Code: 500104 and Scrip Name: HINDPETRO, respectively.

HPCL acknowledged the conclusion of Narendiran’s tenure and confirmed that the change has taken effect from March 15, 2026.
