Nagpur, March 13, 2026: In a major initiative to boost employment and empower underprivileged youth in Maharashtra, CMPDI, RI-IV, Nagpur, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Chandrapur. The MoA, signed on 13th March 2026, aims to provide residential skill development training in Plastic Processing and Injection Moulding for youth from Maharashtra, helping them become atmanirbhar and industry-ready.

Key Highlights of the Program

  • Total Sanctioned Cost: ₹35.64 lakh

  • Beneficiaries: 60 youth from Maharashtra

  • Training Mode: Fully residential at CIPET: CSTS Chandrapur

  • Objective: Enhance employment opportunities and equip underprivileged youth with industry-relevant technical skills
