Begusarai is a flood-prone district. During the rainy season or in case of floods, villagers have to temporarily shelter in higher and safer locations. In such situations, people often gather on roads or open spaces for lighting. Installing high mast lights will not only provide safe and well-lit areas but will also aid in disaster management and relief operations.
