New Delhi: Memorandum of Understanding were signed between Shri Pankaj Kumar, Secretary, Department of WR, RD & GR, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India and Shri R.K.Agrawal, Chairman and Managing Director, WAPCOS and NPCC with an objective to facilitate the growth of the Company.
