ACC approves Ashutosh Dwivedi appointment as Director (Technical) at NCL
ACC has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Coal for the appointment of Shri Ashutosh Dwivedi, Executive Director, Coal India Limited (CIL), to the post of Director (Technical), Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL)

New Delhi, 12 September 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Coal for the appointment of Shri Ashutosh Dwivedi, Executive Director, Coal India Limited (CIL), to the post of Director (Technical), Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post till the date of his superannuation, i.e., 31.10.2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
In May 2025, the PESB recommended the name of Shri Ashutosh Dwivedi for the post of Director (Technical) of Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL).
