Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) has officially announced a significant change in its senior leadership structure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In its latest filing dated 2 December 2025, the company confirmed the appointment of Shri Lokesh Agarwal as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). His appointment is effective immediately.

This update follows GSPL’s previous filing dated 12 August 2025, where the Board had originally approved Shri Agarwal’s appointment with a joining timeline on or before 30 November 2025. With over 28 years of experience and academic credentials including B.Com, LL.B, CA, CS, and CMA, Shri Agarwal brings strong financial and strategic expertise to his new role. Prior to joining GSPL, he served as Director – Finance at Westrock India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.

Along with this transition, GSPL also announced the cessation of Shri Amit Shah from the role of Interim CFO and KMP, effective 2 December 2025. He had been appointed as Interim CFO on 12 August 2025 to hold the position temporarily until the newly selected CFO formally joined the company. Shri Amit Shah continues his role within GSPL’s Finance & Accounts division, where he has contributed for over 22 years.

GSPL confirmed that the detailed disclosures for both the appointment and cessation have been filed in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular dated 11 November 2024, and the official communication has been uploaded on the company’s website.

These leadership changes reflect GSPL’s ongoing commitment to strengthening financial governance and ensuring continuity in strategic decision-making.
