The Ministry of Railways  has entrusted the additional charge of Director (Works), IRCON to Shri N.C. Karmali, IRSE, PED/GS, Railway Board, in addition to his own, with effect from the date of assumption of charge and until further orders.
 

Moreover the Company is taking necessary action to appoint Shri N.C. Karmali (DIN:09103211) in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
