Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. (HOCL), a Mumbai-based PSU, names Shri Sangram Kumar Mishra as its new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), effective immediately.

New Delhi, October 7, 2025: Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, an Indian central public sector undertaking based in Mumbai has appointed Shri Sangram Kumar Mishra as its Chairman and Managing Director. The appointment is effective from the date of assumption of charge of his post till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.06.2030 or until further orders whichever is earlier.

Consequent to this appointment, the additional charge of CMD assigned to Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla (Director – Finance) for a period of three months w.e.f 01.09.2025 vide ex-post facto order of DCPC dated 06.10.2025 has been ceased.
