Shri Jawed Ashraf appointed as Chairman of India Trade Promotion Organization
ACC has approved the appointment of Shri Jawed Ashraf, IFS (1991) (Retd.) as Chairman, ITPO in Level-17 of the pay matrix on contract basis for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier on usual terms and conditions applicable to re-employed Central Government officers.
New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Jawed Ashraf, IFS (1991) (Retd.) as Chairman, India Trade Promotion Organization in Level-17 of the pay matrix on contract basis for a period of two years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier on usual terms and conditions applicable to re-employed Central Government officers.
Further, the government has approved the proposal of Department of Social Justice & Empowerment for premature repatriation of Ms. Latha Ganapathy, IAS (TN:2007), Joint Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment to her parent cadre on personal grounds with imposition of extended 'cooling off condition.
