Two Officials Promoted as Executive Directors on Coal India Ltd Board
Shri Goutam Banerjee has been designated as Executive Director (Human Resource), and Shri Sanjay Srivastava has been designated as Executive Director (Finance).
Kolkata, 27 August 2025:Shri Goutam Banerjee and Shri Sanjay Srivastava, upon their promotion, have become Senior Management Personnel (Executive Directors—one level below the Board) of Coal India Limited.
Shri Goutam Banerjee has been designated as Executive Director (Human Resource), and Shri Sanjay Srivastava has been designated as Executive Director (Finance).
Shri Goutam Banerjee, aged about 59 years, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from XISS. Shri Goutam Banerjee joined Coal India Limited on 29-06-1994 and has over 31 years of experience in the field of human resources and Industrial Relations.
Shri Sanjay Srivastava, aged 56 years, is an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He joined Coal India Limited in January 1991 and worked in different capacities from mines to corporate offices.
