Vijender Singh, a 1996 batch IRSE officer, has been appointed as the new Executive Director (Works) at IRCON International's corporate office in New Delhi. His appointment is effective from August 11, 2025, on a deputation basis.

New Delhi: Shri Vijender Singh has joined as Executive Director (Works) at IRCON International, Corporate Office, New Delhi with effect from 11th August, 2025 on a deputation basis.
Shri Vijender Singh is an IRSE Officer 1996 batch.
He has worked on Jammu-Udhampur New Rail Link Project, Station Redevelopment Projects, Several RoBs/ RUBs, and major bridges.
He has served as Sr. Division Engineer and Sr. Division Engineer/C in Delhi Division, handling one of the largest Divisions of the Indian Railway.
