New Delhi, 24 May 2025: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for the appointment of Shri Vishal Puri as Non-Official Independent Director (NOID) on the Board of NBCC (India) Ltd for three years from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The company, in compliance with the provisions under the Companies Act, 2013, appointed him as Additional Director (Independent) w.e.f. May 23, 2025.

CA Vishal Puri is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in chartered accountancy, law, and information systems auditing. Based in Chandigarh, he has been actively practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 2008.
His academic credentials include a graduation in Commerce and LLB from Panjab University, followed by professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and DISA certification in Information Systems Audit. Being a distinguished leader and Ex-Chairman of the Chandigarh Branch of ICAI, Mr Puri has 17 years of experience in Accountancy, Taxation, Audits, and Financial Management, and he has demonstrated a consistent commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards.
