Naveen Srivastava assumes charge of Director (Operations) of POWERGRID
Shri Naveen Srivastava has assumed the Charge of Director (Operations), POWERGRID w.e.f. 08.08.2024 in pursuance of the Ministry of Power Office on 8th August 2024.
State-owned Power PSU Power Grid informed the exchanges that Chairman and Managing Director, Shri Ravindra Kumar Tyagi has relinquished the additional Director (Operations) charge amid Shri Naveen Srivastava's assumption to the charge hold.
According to the information, this is to inform that the additional charge of the post of Director (Operations), assumed by Shri Ravindra Kumar Tyagi, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), POWERGRID, has been further extended for three months w.e.f. 01.07.2024 or till assumption of charge of the post by regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earliest, in pursuance of Ministry of Power Office Order No. 25-11/5/2023-PG dt. 8th August, 2024.

Consequent upon appointment and assumption of charge of the post of Director (Operations) by Shri Naveen Srivastava, Shri Ravindra Kumar Tyagi, CMD (POWERGRID) relinquished the additional charge of the post of Director (Operations) on 08.08.2024, the company added.
