Hind Copper CMD lauds Malanjkhand Copper Project
A 1500m-long drive had to be excavated to make the tunnel ends meet.

Madhya Pradesh: Shri Arun Kumar Shukla, CMD, Hind Copper Limited, lauds Malanjkhand Copper Project, Madhya Pradesh, for achieving the milestone of connecting 240 levels from both the north and south declines at the Malanjkhand Copper Project Underground Mine. A 1500m-long drive had to be excavated to make the tunnel ends meet.
Shri Shukla commends the collective effort of team MCP for this breakthrough despite the raging pandemic. Ore production @ 5 MTPA at MCP Underground Mine will commence in the near future. "Strong people choose difficult times to prove their mettle. Keep it up!" he said.
