SECL FDs given additional charges

New Delhi: The three Functional directors from the board of a 'Mini Ratna' Company, South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) have been given additional charge of directors in other subsidiaries of Coal India. All these assignments are effective from 01 January 2022.
Approval in this regard was sent to the Chairman of Coal India Limited on 27th December 2021 under the signature of the Under Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India. With effect from January 01, 2022, under this additional charge, the Director Technical (Operations) of SECL, Shri M.K. Prasad has been given the additional charge of Director (Personnel) of SECL. This charge will be effective for the next 06 months or till new orders.
The Director (Finance) of SECL, Shri SM. Chaudhary has been given the additional charge of the Director (Finance) of the subsidiary company WCL, Nagpur. This charge will be effective for the next 3 months or till further orders.
Company's Director Technical (Planning/Project) Shri S.K. Pal has been given the additional charge of Director Technical, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Sambalpur, which will be effective for the next six months or till further orders.
