A Retired IAS Officer Mr. Rajiv Jalota has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Dredging Corporation of India Limited for three years with effective from the date of his appointment.

A Retired IAS Officer Mr. Rajiv Jalota has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director) on the Board of the Dredging Corporation of India Limited for three years with effective from the date of his appointment.
He has completed Post Graduate in Science from Lucknow University and Master in international development policy from Duke university, USA. He is an ex- IAS officer (1988 batch).

He served in various positions both in the Government of Maharashtra and the Government of India. He worked as Chairperson of Mumbai Port Authority and Indian Ports Association (IPA), Delhi in the rank of Secretary, Government of India.
He has received Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration (2017) for GST Implementation, National Recognition for Taxation & Public Finance Reforms & Leadership in Port Management, Cruise & Green Shipping, ESG & Green Energy Transition.
