AAI signed 3 Concession Agreements with the Adani Airports Ltd
New Delhi: AAI today signed 3 Concession Agreements with the Adani Airports Ltd. for Operations, Management & Development of Ahmedabad, Lucknow & Mangaluru Airports through PPP mode. The agreements were signed in presence of Chairman, AAI & other senior officials of AAI & Adani Enterprises.
AAI initiated the International competitive bidding process for PPP transaction of six Airports - Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Mangalore International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, Guwahati Airport & Trivandrum International Airport in 2018 and Adani Group emerged as the highest bidder for these airports.

The concession fee that AAI would receive will be utilized for the maintenance and development of the Brownfield Airports along with RCS-UDAN and other Greenfield Airports across the nation.
