Abhyudaya – Centre For Learning for BEL employees launched
New Delhi: Over the years, BEL has been giving an impetus to Learning & Development within the organisation to nurture a learning curve among its employees and to facilitate their holistic development. The year 2017 was a milestone for this journey as BEL established Nalanda – the BEL Academy for Excellence (BAE) for carrying out executive training programmes across the Company.

Abhyudaya's vision is to enhance the capabilities and skills of non-executives across the Company. It is a significant step towards facilitating the holistic development of our employees by imparting high-quality learning across the three domains of Behavioural, Technical & Quality.

Around 100 non-executives across the Units of BEL attended the three programmes: ‘Effective Leadership – Workers Participation in Management’ (Behavioural), ‘Basic Electronics for Non-electronics (Technology) and ‘Productivity Enhancement Tools’ (Quality).
