BCPL organized at the administrative building of BCPL
New Delhi: The 2nd HR Open Forum of BCPL was organised at the Administrative Building of BCPL Dibrugarh on 31st July,2020. The event was attended by employees posted at Lepetkata and other locations of Lakwa, Duliajan, Guwahati were connected virtually through video conferencing due to the ongoing global pandemic .
On the occasion, Managing Director,Shri Reep Hazarika graced the occasion and inaugurated BCPL’s Library which has been named after the famous poet, novelist and playwright of modern Assamese literature, Dr Lakshminath Bezbaruah.
Later on as the Open Forum continued Shri Asit Das, GM (HR) addressed the employees and appraised the employees about the benefits of HR Open Forum .
During the feedback session employees came forward to put forth many suggestions and improvement plan. The open Forum concluded with a few words by Shri P. Changmai, GM (Chemical)/Operation In Charge and Shri Asit Das, GM (HR) thanked all the employees for the large participation and keen interest in the HR Open forum. Shri Pruthiviraj Dash, Director (Finance) and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
