BEE conducts awareness session in association with PEDA
The purpose of this initiative is to provide knowledge about Continuous Energy Improvement – the process of fully integrating energy management into business and operations, leading to reduced costs and increased profitability.
Chandigarh: BEE, in association with PEDA, has conducted an awareness session on the adoption of ISO 50001:2018 in #PAT industries on 17th November 2022 at PEDA auditorium, Chandigarh.
ISO 50001:2018 standards provide an international framework for industrial plants, commercial facilities, or entire organization to manage energy, including all aspects of procurement and use.
The purpose of this initiative is to provide knowledge about Continuous Energy Improvement – the process of fully integrating energy management into business and operations, leading to reduced costs and increased profitability.
This program has also provided a platform to sign MoU with 11 identified industries which are part of BEE’s PHASE 1 on the adoption of ISO 50001:2018 standards.
