MCL Director (HR) Reviews Jagannath & Bharatpur OCP Operations

New Delhi: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) Director (HR) Keshav Rao conducted a detailed inspection of Jagannath OCP and Bharatpur OCP, reviewing coal production and despatch operations.

During the visit, Shri Rao assessed current production targets and achievements, holding in-depth discussions on strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. He emphasized strict compliance with safety protocols and the need for optimal utilization of resources to sustain high performance standards.

Interacting with employees at both projects, he appreciated their dedication and encouraged them to maintain strong output levels while reinforcing a robust safety culture.

Senior officials including Nodal Area GM (Jagannath Area), GM (Civil-CSR), GM (Lingaraj Area), GM (Bharatpur Area), and other senior officers accompanied him during the inspection and operational review.
