Recently Director P&IR, CIL concludes 'HR Vision 2025' at Western Coalfields Limited, and also organised a workshop on the draft of this vision.
'CIL HR Vision 2025’ at ECL
New Delhi: Shri. Vinay Ranjan, Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations), Coal India Limited inaugurated a workshop on ‘CIL HR Vision 2025’ at Eastern Coalfields Ltd., Sanctoria, West Bengal.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri. Ranjan emphasised the importance of employee performance and engagement in a people-intensive company like Coal India Ltd. Over a hundred HR executives from various coal companies are attending this workshop.
Recently Director P&IR, CIL concludes 'HR Vision 2025' at Western Coalfields Limited, and also organised a workshop on the draft of this vision.
CIL formulated the 'HR Vision' in order to integrate the changes in the field of human resources from time to time, and to meet the coal needs of the country, for proper coordination of human resources.
