CMPDIL organised one day Workshop on Emotional Intelligence at its Hqs, Ranchi to enable the employees to take decisions effectively without emotions overrunning them. The workshop has begun with the CIL Corporate song.
In this workshop, Dr Sanjay Saxena, Professor, School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, U.P explained Emotional Intelligence, how to govern our emotions through One's thoughts and behaviour through different Interventions like self-awareness, Self-regulation, self-motivation and managing Interpersonal relations.

Shri S.K.Gomasta, D( T/ CRD), CMPDI appreciated the initiative and said understanding the emotions and controlling them will benefit the employees and ultimately lead to nation-building.
Earlier Shri Charles Juster, GM (P&A) briefed about the necessity and objectives of the workshop and said that CMPDI will organise more such kind of workshops in near future.
